[REVIEW: draft for Mayo to confirm before launch]
Who we are
Mayo Elite Solutions ("we") runs GovCon GPS, a mentorship program for people building a government contracting business. Questions about this notice go to [EMAIL].
What we collect when you apply
The questionnaire asks for your name, email, whether you have an LLC and a SAM.gov registration, where you are with government contracting, what's holding you back, how many hours a week you can commit, how much you've set aside to start, how committed you are, and a phone number for texts or a call. We also record the page you arrived on, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link you clicked, so we know which video, post or ad brought you here.
If you tell us you don't have an LLC yet, or that you've set aside less than we think you'd need to start, we keep the answers you gave so we can follow up when the timing is right, but we don't book a call.
How the booking works
You pick a time in a scheduling tool embedded on this page (Calendly). Calendly receives your name and email to prefill the booking, creates the event on Mayo's calendar with a Zoom link, and sends you the confirmation and reminders. Calendly and Zoom handle that data under their own privacy policies.
Why we use it
To run the call you asked for, to prepare for it, to confirm it by text, and to follow up afterwards. If you join, your answers become the start of your onboarding. We don't sell or share the list, and we don't add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and steps people reach, and the Meta Pixel to measure whether our advertising leads to booked calls. Both set cookies and send your interactions, including the page URL and the booking confirmation, to Google and Meta. You can block them with a browser extension or by declining cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
Visit recordings and heatmaps
We record how each visit to this site unfolds so we can see where the page works and where it loses people: the pages you view, how far you scroll, where you move the pointer and click, how long you spend on each section and question, and how much of the video you watch. We can replay a visit as a recording of the page, and we combine visits into heatmaps.
This runs on our own server, not a third party's. Anything you type into a form field is masked in the recording, so it never shows your name, email or phone number as you type them. We keep a random identifier in your browser's local storage to recognise a returning visit, and a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself. If you go on to apply, the visits are linked to your application so we can prepare for the call.
Recordings are deleted after 90 days unless they belong to someone who applied, in which case they are kept with that application under the retention below. Aggregated figures such as page counts and heatmaps hold no personal data and are kept. To have your recordings deleted, email us and we will remove them along with anything else we hold.
Where it's stored and for how long
Applications are stored on our own server [REVIEW: hosting location], with nightly backups. Bookings live in Calendly and on Mayo's calendar. We keep questionnaire answers for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete them, unless you've become a member, in which case they're kept as part of your membership.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it, by emailing [EMAIL]. We honour these requests from everyone, wherever you live.
